Does anything send without my approval?
No. You approve who is contacted, and nothing goes to a customer or prospect without your yes.
Which email address does it send from?
Your own. Connect a Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox and Speek sends from it. If your domain is missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, Speek tells you which record to add.
How many emails does it send a day?
It starts at 10 a day from a new mailbox and adds 5 a day, up to 300 on Gmail or 250 on Microsoft 365. With more than one mailbox connected, each send goes from the one with the most room left.
Does it tell people it is an AI?
Yes when asked, and it never claims to be a named person. It writes for your business, under your name.
